Little Ashes (with Robert Pattinson as Salvador Dali)

Finally, Salvador Dali, his life being full of secrets, is portrayed in a movie titled "Little Ashes." Twilight's Edward Cullen, Robert Pattinson, performs the lead role. I don't know if Robert Pattinson will lose some of his fans if they are going to find out him portraying as Salvador Dali...who's gay. I don't know how will his Twilight fans react when finding out their icon passionately kissing or making love with equally hot guy, Javier Beltrán who portrayed as Federico García Lorca, the surrealist painter's lover.



Just a confusion: Little Ashes came in the US cinemas after Twilight. According to online information resources, Little Ashes was shown last year. How come this great movie wasn't shown here in the Philippines? The church banned it? WTF!

Upcoming Film: Dorian Gray

Titled "Dorian Gray," the movie is starred by Ben Barnes (Prince Caspian in Narnia 2) for the lead role. Lord Henry, Dorian Gray's mentor, is played by Colin Firth. The adaptation is quite modified from the book (Picture of Dorian Gray) written by Oscar Wilde who intentionally portrayed homo-eroticism in the story. Perhaps, Director Oliver Parker is afraid of losing mainstream audience.
